We set out to visit Kata and Karon Beach on a nice afternoon. Karon Beach is located on the west coast of Phuket and is popular amongst couples and families. In the late afternoon it is also very popular to go there to play volleyball and outdoor exercise.
The beach stretches 3km and offers a beautiful white sand beach. The water does get a little deep quicker than Kata Beach, so be careful. The current can also be very strong during low season.
After our beach time, we headed back to Patong, to enjoy a nice dinner on the mountain.
